Yellowtail with Jalapeno

Serves 4

4 yellowtail filets, 3 ½ ounces each

1 teaspoon finely grated garlic

cilantro (coriander) leaves, stems removed

2 jalapenos, sliced into thin rounds

Yuzu Soy Sauce – 8 tablespoons yuzu juice and 4 tablespoons soy sauce, mixed

 

METHOD:

1. Slice the yellowtail as thinly as possible, about 1/8 inch thick

2.  Arrange yellowtail in a circle on each plate

3.  Top each yellowtail slice with a dab of grated garlic, a cilantro leaf and a jalapeno round

4.  Pour the yuzu sauce around
